Daily workout log

50 x 2 crunches, 5 lb. weight

25 x 4 pushups

12 x 2 arm curls, 20 lbs.

6 x 2 arm curls, 25 lbs.

3 x 2 arm curls, 30 lbs.

42 minutes on the elliptical machine

Those 30 lb. arm curls were tough! I could barely complete them. I'm noting that now because as I'm able to lift heavier, I want to look back at this post to appreciate the progress I've made.
