Daily workout log

50 x 2 crunches

25 x 4 pushups

10 x 2 arm curls, 20 lbs.

5 x 2 arm curls, 25 lbs.

40 min x 2 on the elliptical machine

Saw "X-Men: First Class" tonight. Much better than I'd expected.
