Belated daily workout log (for Thursday)

50 x 2 crunches, 10 lb. weight

12 x 2 arm curls, 20 lbs.

8 x 2 arm curls, 25 lbs.

4 x 2 arm curls, 30 lbs.

30 x 4 pushups

44 minutes on the elliptical machine

I hate my life right now. I can't see ever being happy ever again. Shit.
