Daily workout log

30 x 4 pushups

60 x 2 crunches, 15 lb. weight

10 arm curls, 25 lbs.

7 arm curls, 30 lbs.

4 arm curls, 35 lbs.

45 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Did pretty good on weight loss this week. Hooray for me.
