Daily workout log

50 x 2 crunches, 5 lb. weight

30 x 4 pushups

12 x 2 arm curls, 20 lbs.

7 x 2 arm curls, 25 lbs.

4 x 2 arm curls, 30 lbs.

42 minutes x 2 on the elliptical machine.

Damn it I need to sleep a normal schedule!!!!
